Disappointing Service Level
I am very disappointed with the service level from Schmidt-Nagel Canada. I placed the order on Dec 27 and paid for Expedited Shipping as shown on your order page, however the product was shipped on Jan 3rd with standard shipping using Canada Post!! What makes things worse is that the shipped medical product was left in the community mailbox in freezing temperatures which may have damaged it rendering it unusable. I would not have ordered it had it shown standard shipping!!! I hope you will consider changing to shipping via courier services rather than Canada Post standard shipping to avoid damages to medical products. Please also display correct shipping methods. I will not be recommending your company nor will I buy from you again.
